01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending Little Beats Dayclub (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by 1000927661 Ontario Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your family. If you do not agree, please do not use this site, purchase tickets, or attend our events.

02Tickets & Purchases

• Tickets are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner, TicketSpice, via this website. Tickets purchased through any other source are not valid.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as set out in Section 10.
• Every kid and adult attending requires a ticket. Infants under 12 months are free and do not require a ticket. Every adult must be accompanied by a kid to enter.
• You may switch your ticket window up to 48 hours before the event starts, provided your ticket’s original tier is still available in the new window. If that tier has sold out, you’ll be required to pay the difference to move up to the next available tier.
• Tickets are not tied to a specific name and may be passed along to family or friends. Whoever attends must have the ticket to be scanned at entry.
• There is no re-entry once you’ve left the event.

03Entry & Conduct

• Entry requires a valid ticket.
• Little Beats Dayclub is a parent-supervised event. Staff do not provide childcare, and children must be supervised by an adult from their Party at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct we consider disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.
• Alcohol service is subject to the venue’s liquor license and requires valid ID for guests 19+. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any attendee who appears intoxicated.
• Attendees are expected to follow venue rules and behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except snacks, formula, milk and drinks for children. Outside alcohol, glass containers, smoking and vaping, and weapons are prohibited. We may inspect bags at entry.
• Little Beats Dayclub is not a nut-free environment. Nut-free food options are available, but we cannot guarantee that any food is free of allergens or cross-contact. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing their children’s allergies.

04Assumption of Risk & Release

Attending Little Beats Dayclub involves inherent risks, including crowded spaces, dancing and physical movement, slips, trips and falls, amplified music, stage lighting, smoke effects at the DJ booth, alcohol served to adults, communicable illness and food allergens. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these risks on behalf of yourself and everyone included in your ticket order (your “Party”), and confirm you are authorized to do so, including as the parent or guardian of any minors in your Party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release 1000927661 Ontario Inc., Little Beats Dayclub, Venu Event Space, and their respective staff, contractors and performers (the “Released Parties”) from all claims for injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to property, including strollers, coats and bags, arising from your Party’s attendance, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or under the Occupiers’ Liability Act (Ontario). This does not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Released Parties against claims brought by or on behalf of members of your Party.

You are responsible for knowing the health conditions of yourself and your Party. On-site first aid is limited to first aid and is not a substitute for professional medical care. In an emergency, you authorize our first aid team to provide first aid, contact emergency services and arrange transport to hospital if you cannot be reached right away, at your cost.

05Photography & Media Consent

Photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you grant 1000927661 Ontario Inc., on behalf of yourself and your Party including minors, a perpetual, royalty-free right to capture and use your images, likeness and voices in any media now known or later developed for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation. If you have a concern about a specific image, email hello@littlebeatsdayclub.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from channels we control going forward. 06Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Little Beats Dayclub name, logos, event concepts, video media, and branding, is the property of 1000927661 Ontario Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

07Website Use

Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify or copy site materials, use them for commercial purposes, attempt to reverse engineer any part of the site, remove copyright notices, or mirror site content elsewhere. This license terminates automatically if violated.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Beats Dayclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, your attendance at our events, or any technical failure or delay affecting either.

10Event Changes & Cancellation

We may make reasonable changes to event programming, timing or lineup. If we change the event date, move the event to a different venue, or cancel the event for any reason, you may choose a full refund, including all fees, or a credit toward a future event. Requests must be made within 14 days of our notice of the change.

11Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted. The Terms in effect when you purchased your ticket apply to that purchase.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
